Beginnings

The overall message of the show is to help listeners cultivate an awareness of the spirituality that can be found in and incorporated into their everyday lives. Apropos of it being the first show, this month’s theme is Beginnings. We’ll explore what inspires a new start, what leads up to it, and how to envision and bring energy to developing a new endeavor. Working with meditation, readings from spiritual teachers, and the use of intentions, we’ll begin together to explore Creating a Spirited Life.
