But this is sometimes easier said than done! Navigating our complicated, stimulating environment makes it difficult to stay aligned and in tune with Spirit, in harmony with our active lives.
Tune Up Your Spirit workshops are created from the concepts and practices embedded in my book Music Lessons for the Spirit. These workshops draw inspiration from music to enrich our spiritual lives and get us “in tune.”
We’ll use a tapestry of self-exploration, group discussion, sound healing, and musical experiences to deepen your connection with your soul and inspire you to live a more insightful, meaningful, and satisfying life.

But, rests are vital to music, creating the musical punctuation and cadences that help create order and sense. So it is in our lives; rest is vital to the structure of our existence. Spa for the Spirit
Spa for the Spirit is a retreat for your whole self: body, mind, and spirit. You’ll do some inner work to explore and release the attitudes, patterns and beliefs that get in the way of taking care of yourself. You’ll spend time outside nurturing yourself. Sound and energy healing work will help deepen your connection with your body and your Highest Self and ground your resolve to continue on a path of wellness and well-being.

Keep It Flowing: The Blessing of Giving and Receiving
While giving and receiving gifts is a traditional practice, the dynamic of giving and receiving encompasses a larger scope than this. Deepak Chopra tells us, “The universe operates through dynamic exchange… giving and receiving are different aspects of the flow of energy in the universe.” Right energetic flow keeps vitality and richness circulating in our lives.
Learn simple practices that promote this exchange. Explore how to step into the dynamic of energetic flow so that you share in the blessing of fully giving and fully receiving.

Gratitude is an appreciation or thanks, and its highest form is a simple appreciation of the gift of life. Being consciously grateful and appreciative on a regular basis has been shown to have positive results –- spiritually, mentally, and physically. It seems to provide the energetic basis for shift, change, and feeling better about yourself and your life.
This workshop explores what might seem like an obvious and simple practice, but which can actually be more complex and rich than we realize. We’ll discuss and learn from each other, set our intention to connect with gratitude and take steps to establish this practice in our lives.
